Expert Witness

CHPK can offer considerable experience in this area. Christopher Howe has acted as expert witness many times since the early 1970s, instructed by solicitors for either claimant or defendant or, in some instances, having been jointly instructed.

The Civil Procedure Rules 1998 are well known to the business and it is recognised that, as expert evidence is often the most important component of civil cases, accurate and concise communication is essential. CHPK’s particular expertise is in the following areas of dispute:
