Contract administration: for the complete project, from taking the brief, through design, contract documentation, managing the contract to project completion.
Project management: from advising on consultant selection, developing the brief, managing the design and contract teams, through to final handover.
CDM Co-ordination: providing this legislative role as a separate service or, as part of the contract administration/project management undertaken by CHPK.
Feasibility studies: providing construction/cost advice in the early stages of a proposed project.
Cost services: preparation of budget costs and cost analysis for potential projects.
Space Planning: to maximise the use of a building, whether by rearrangement of an existing building, planning for alterations and extensions or pre-acquisition planning.
